Write for us
Genuine Horizons welcomes pitches that help readers think clearly about values, possible directions, reflection, experiments or transitions. Send proposals through the Contact page.
What makes a good pitch
Offer one focused subject, a working headline and a short explanation of the central idea. Say what readers will be able to understand or consider afterward, why the subject suits this publication and what material or experience supports your approach.
The writing we seek
We favour specific, original pieces with a clear line of thought and useful examples. A pitch should not promise a guaranteed result, disguise professional advice as general guidance or rely on invented stories, credentials or evidence.
Send a proposal
Choose the editorial question option on the Contact page and include your pitch in the message. A proposal is not a commission, and we may ask for changes or decline a subject that does not fit.
A direction can change as you learn.
We favour clear questions, more than one possible route and small steps that reveal what a plan leaves out.
